After uncovering the alleged scam after 603 days of the man’s uninterrupted stay, the management of Roseate House, located near Delhi airport, notified the police.
According to reports, the unnamed male booked into the hotel on May 30, 2019, reserving a single night’s stay.

He did, however, remain there until January 22, 2022 without making any payments.
A service worker allegedly facilitated his extended stay by altering or swapping other visitors’ invoices.
The incident’s names are not included in the report.
According to a senior police official, “if a guest’s outstanding bill exceeds 50,000 rupees, the staff must notify the superiors and urge the guest to make the payment.” This protocol, however, was not followed.”
