The left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will play for the Nottinghamshire Outlaws in the 21st edition of the international cricket competition.
Shaheen put up an impressive show against Middlesex in 2020 during his brief time playing for Hampshire Hawks, taking four wickets in only four deliveries.

Shan Masood, a left-hander who recently played for the national side in a series against New Zealand, is another guy to keep an eye on. He will serve as the team’s captain.
Hasan Ali, a well-known pacer, has joined Warwickshire CCC and will play for Birmingham Bears in the competition, partnering with Chris Woakes to spearhead the pace attack.
Shadab Khan, the vice-captain of the white-ball team, signed a contract with Sussex Sharks and will play for them throughout the competition. He played for Yorkshire previous season.
This season, the Derbyshire Falcons will be led by the explosive Haider Ali and the promising pacer Zaman Khan, while Zafar Gohar will continue his stellar work with the Gloucestershire CCC.
Worcestershire Rapids have acquired leg spinner Usama Mir from Multan Sultans of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) for the competition’s opening round.
