The world’s largest cargo ship, MSC Anna, is scheduled to reach Karachi Port today, marking a significant milestone for the port. Coming from Port Mundra in India, the immense vessel, measuring 400 meters long and capable of carrying 19,368 containers, is anticipated to dock at Karachi Port later this evening.
Karachi Port authorities have arranged for an official ceremony to commemorate MSC Anna’s arrival, slated for May 30th, highlighting the port’s pivotal role in international maritime trade.

Expressing pride in hosting such a monumental ship, a spokesperson for the port administration emphasized the event’s importance, emphasizing the potential for increased trade opportunities.
