KP Announces Vacancies In Intermediate And Secondary Education Boards

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced new senior job opportunities in the province’s Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs).

According to the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, permanent employees of the Establishment, Elementary & Secondary Education, and Higher Education Departments can apply for these posts on a deputation basis.

Eligible candidates must meet strict criteria, including being permanent employees in the required BPS scale, under 56 years of age on the closing date, and free from pending disciplinary actions.

Selections will be made through a merit-based system considering professional experience, academic qualifications, relevant training, and performance reports. Shortlisted candidates will face a competitive interview to assess technical knowledge, leadership skills, governance abilities, and problem-solving capacity.

The KP government emphasized that these appointments aim to strengthen governance in the Education Boards and support ongoing reforms in the province’s education sector. Officials encouraged eligible employees to apply promptly to contribute to improving education standards.

This initiative reflects KP’s continued focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of its public institutions. By appointing experienced and qualified personnel, the government hopes to ensure that the province’s intermediate and secondary education system operates smoothly and meets modern educational standards.

Authorities believe these new appointments will help KP maintain transparency, accountability, and high-quality administration in its education boards. The government also plans to monitor the impact of these reforms on schools and students across the province.

Eligible employees are urged to submit their applications before the deadline to secure an opportunity to play a key role in KP’s ongoing educational reforms.
