Karachi Anticipates Scorching Weather With 40°C Temperature

Karachi faces scorching temperatures with highs of 40°C. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts heatwave conditions in most Sindh districts, along with hot and humid weather in coastal areas.

Temperatures may remain 6-8°C above normal in upper districts. Monday saw Karachi with a temperature of approximately 34°C and 60% humidity. The hot spell will persist until the 5th, with temperatures potentially exceeding 40°C.

Between May 29 and 31, Karachi could experience highs between 40°C and 42°C. Meteorological experts suggest pre-monsoon rainfall in early June, offering some relief.
