Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, has been injured following a fall during her visit to South Africa. The incident occurred while Jemima was descending from Lions Head, a popular mountain in the area. She sustained injuries to her ankle and foot and was promptly taken to a hospital for treatment.

Although Jemima now resides in London with her two sons, Suleman and Qasim, reports suggest she was in South Africa to celebrate the New Year. She is expected to make a full recovery with medical care.
