Istehkam-E-Pakistan Party Holds CEC Meeting Led By Abdul Aleem Khan

The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) held a Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting to review political developments and future plans. The meeting was chaired by IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan.

During the session, Abdul Aleem Khan praised the Pakistan Army for its professionalism and sacrifices. He said the military’s role in the recent conflict had earned global recognition for Pakistan. Referring to the “Bunyan al-Marsous” operation, he stated it had transformed the country’s image on the international stage.

Khan urged party leaders to visit the families of martyrs and show solidarity. He also emphasized helping communities affected by recent floods.

The presence of eight IPP members in the national and provincial assemblies was described as a key milestone. Abdul Aleem Khan highlighted the importance of unity within the party and encouraged members to stay proactive, given the ever-changing political landscape.

The CEC expressed satisfaction with the recent intra-party elections and the endorsement received from the Election Commission of Pakistan. They also discussed the early appointment of office bearers at the central and provincial levels.

Concerns were raised about the Punjab government, and the matter was noted for further discussion. The party decided to take part in upcoming by-elections in Lahore and other regions after internal consultations. It was also agreed that the next major party convention would be held in Faisalabad.

Members suggested that the government introduce policies to support farmers. The IPP also announced its active participation in upcoming elections in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Senior leaders and public representatives, including Rana Nazir Ahmed, Mian Khalid Mahmood, and others, attended the meeting.

The session ended with a strong message of unity and commitment to the party’s goals.
