The media also stated that both countries have decided not to host matches in each other’s countries for the next three years.
Previously, it was reported that the International Cricket Council (ICC) had postponed its meeting in Dubai yet again due to an unresolved deadlock between Pakistan and India over the Champions Trophy hosting issue. India had initially rejected Pakistan’s proposal to play matches between the two teams at neutral venues for the next three years.
The ICC has now granted both countries an additional two days to reach an agreement and finalize a new framework to resolve the matter.
