Imran Riaz Returning To Journalism Soon
Senior journalist and anchor Imran Riaz Khan will return to journalism in the upcoming months, according to his lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq. Speaking on a TV show, Ashfaq mentioned that it has been five weeks since Imran Riaz’s return, and a private medical board is overseeing his care.
He highlighted significant improvement in Riaz’s health, noting a recovery rate of 40 to 50 percent in speech therapy. The expectation is that he will resume his journalistic duties within the next one to two months.

Imran Riaz Khan, known for his outspokenness and support for former PM Imran Khan, had been absent from public view since May. He safely returned home on September 25, 2023, following efforts by the Lahore High Court and the Punjab Police IG to locate him.
