In 2QMY26, net sales were Rs. 25,418 million versus Rs. 16,519 million in the same quarter last year, showing a 53 percent rise. The increase was driven by a 46 percent growth in volumes following the launch of the HR-V Hybrid in August 2025 and the Honda City 1.5L Aspire S CVT in September 2025.

Gross margins improved to 8.1 percent in 1HMY26, up from 6.9 percent in 1HMY25. Quarterly margins remained stable at 7.4 percent in 2QMY26.

Other income surged 483 percent year-on-year in 2QMY26 to Rs. 495 million, reflecting higher cash and bank balances of Rs. 1.5 billion. Finance costs increased 63 percent YoY to Rs. 315 million due to higher borrowings. The effective tax rate fell to 33.9 percent in 2QMY26, down from 39.6 percent in 2QMY25.

The results highlight Honda Atlas’s strong performance, driven by increased sales, strategic launches, and operational efficiency. The company’s growth reflects resilience in Pakistan’s automotive market and growing consumer demand for Honda models.
