In an interview on the “Big Time Podcast,” Smith revealed that he had completed reading the entire Quran during Ramadan. He discussed facing challenges over the past two years, prompting introspection. Amidst this, he delved into reading various holy scriptures, including the Quran, to broaden his understanding and connect with others.

Smith was struck by the Quran’s simplicity and its ties to other sacred texts, especially noting its frequent references to Prophet Musa. He praised the Quran’s clarity and lack of ambiguity.

Reflecting on the lineage from Prophet Ibrahim to Prophet Ismail and Prophet Ishaq, Smith appreciated the coherence of these narratives.

Additionally, Smith expressed his affinity for Saudi Arabia, mentioning his third visit to the country, including trips to Jeddah, the NEOM project, and Riyadh. He found a sense of belonging and enjoyment during his time in the kingdom.

Notably, Smith, one of Hollywood’s highest-earning stars, with his films grossing over $9.3 billion, discussed his views on wealth during the interview.
