The bankruptcy order was issued following a civil case initiated by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for non-payment of dues, with legal representation provided by Kaur Maxwell. Details of the bankruptcy were published in the UK’s official public record, the London Gazette.
Under UK law, a bankruptcy order is a legal process overseen by the court, declaring an individual insolvent. The London Gazette only publishes these orders after they are officially processed by The Insolvency Service.
