Gold prices in Pakistan saw a sharp decline on Saturday after reaching record highs. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, per tola gold dropped by Rs4,700, settling at Rs301,500, while 10-gram gold fell by Rs4,030 to Rs258,487.
Internationally, gold also witnessed a downturn, with per ounce rates decreasing by $50 to $2,883. This comes after gold prices had surged to all-time highs the previous day, with per tola reaching Rs306,200 and 10-gram gold rising to Rs262,517.
