Gold Prices Surge, Rising Rs900 Per Tola

On Monday, the cost of 24 karat gold per tola surged by Rs 900, reaching Rs 221,200 as opposed to its previous rate of Rs 220,300 on the last trading day. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold experienced a rise of Rs 771, reaching Rs 189,643 compared to its earlier value of Rs 188,872. Additionally, the rates for 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased from Rs 173,132 to Rs 173,840, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

In contrast, the prices for one tola and ten grams of silver remained unchanged at Rs 2,600 and Rs 2,229.08, respectively. Meanwhile, in the international market, the price of gold increased by $03, reaching $2,106 from its previous value of $2,103, according to the Association’s report. This shift in gold prices is subject to market dynamics and global trends.
