In Karachi, gold prices saw an increase on Monday, reflecting the rise in international market values. According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola surged by Rs1,000, reaching Rs251,000. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs857, settling at Rs215,192.

Internationally, gold prices climbed by $2 to $2,382 per ounce. This increase follows a decrease in gold prices in Pakistan over the previous sessions. On Saturday, local gold prices fell for the second consecutive day due to a drop in international rates. The price of gold per tola had decreased by Rs1,000 to Rs250,000, and the price of 10 grams fell by Rs857, bringing it to Rs214,335.
