A tragic gas cylinder explosion in Islamabad’s Shahzad Town on Thursday morning claimed the life of a woman and left two others injured, according to police sources.
The explosion occurred inside a residential home in the Ali Pur area, where the blast fatally wounded a woman identified as Ambreen. Her husband Faisal and daughter Aiza sustained injuries in the incident.

Authorities confirmed that emergency teams responded swiftly, transferring the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the explosion as safety concerns grow over domestic gas cylinder usage in the region.
