According to Finance Ministry sources, the meeting with ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa will take place this evening. Other members of his team, including Minister of State for Finance Aisha Ghaus Pasha, will be present.
According to sources, Dar will also meet with Martin Raiser, the World Bank’s Vice President for South Asia.

According to people familiar with the meetings’ agenda, Pakistan’s overall economic situation and related developments will be prioritised.
The finance minister is expected to brief today’s meeting participants on the details of the country’s agreement with the International Monetary Fund and the status of talks with the lender at the World Bank-IMF spring meetings, which are currently taking place in Washington, DC.
