FIA summons Farrukh Habib of PTI

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Farrukh Habib is the most recent PTI leader to receive a summary from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). On February 21, the former minister is expected to appear in court to answer allegations of corruption and abuse of power. The PTI leader has been invited to appear before the FIA Faisalabad circle to record his statement, according to a notice.

He is charged with abusing his position of power, engaging in corruption, and stealing in collusion with the National Textile University, Faisalabad’s rector. The Minister will be charged under Section 175 of the Pakistani Penal Code in the event of non-compliance.

The warning has been labelled “false” and “revengeful” by Mr. Habib. The PTI politician claimed in a tweet that “first, the government booked me for preventing the police from transporting Fawad Chaudhry to Islamabad and now, the FIA has given a false notification to me.”

We won’t stray from Imran Khan and the road of truth, no matter how many retaliatory acts are carried out against us at the request of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.
