Ducky Bhai’s release delayed despite LHC order.

The release of popular YouTuber Saad Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, from Lahore’s Camp Jail has been postponed despite the Lahore High Court (LHC) granting him bail. Although the LHC approved his bail petition, the process could not be completed because the required release documents, also called the “robkar,” were not issued before the court’s working hours ended.

Ducky Bhai’s lawyer stated that the release order is expected to be prepared today (Wednesday), after which his paperwork and jail exit will likely be finalized.

Earlier, the Lahore High Court approved bail for Ducky Bhai in the case accusing him of promoting gambling applications. The court allowed his release after submission of a surety bond worth Rs1 million. Justice Shahram Sarwar, who heard the bail request, remarked that the charges against the YouTuber lacked basis and did not hold legal weight.

The defense argued that the allegations mentioned in the FIR were fabricated and disconnected from reality. It was also brought to the court’s attention that Ducky Bhai’s wife had previously filed a complaint against FIA officials, accusing them of demanding bribes—a matter which was used to support his case.

The lawyer added that all co-accused in the case had already received bail earlier
