Popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as “Ducky Bhai,” was produced before the Lahore District Court in a case linked to promoting gambling apps and fraud.
The court approved a two-day physical remand on the request of the National Cyber Crime Agency (NCCIA) and directed his production again on August 19.
The duty Judicial Magistrate also sought a detailed investigation report from the NCCIA for the next hearing, where lawyer Zain Ali Qureshi represented Ducky Bhai.
The case, registered under FIR No. 196/2025, includes multiple sections of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) as well as the Pakistan Penal Code.
According to the FIR, the YouTuber allegedly promoted gambling through various apps in his videos, with authorities claiming to have recovered key evidence from his mobile phone. The NCCIA confirmed that further investigation is underway, with more disclosures expected soon.
