Couple Dies After Consuming Poisonous Pills Following Domestic Dispute in Lahore
LAHORE – A tragic incident occurred in Lahore’s Shahdara area on Sunday, where a couple allegedly consumed poisonous pills following a domestic dispute, leading to their deaths.
The incident took place in Fazal Park, Shahdara. The couple, identified as 27-year-old Majid and his 25-year-old wife, Jameela Bibi, were quickly transported to Mayo Hospital by an Edhi ambulance after their condition worsened. Unfortunately, they could not be saved.

After completing the necessary legal formalities, Edhi volunteers moved the bodies to the morgue.
Police suspect that the incident was the result of a domestic quarrel, but further investigations are ongoing based on statements from family members.
