The decision comes amidst growing concerns over high electricity tariffs in Pakistan, largely due to heavy reliance on expensive oil-based thermal power generation.

To address this challenge, the Chinese firm has partnered with key Pakistani companies, signing strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to enhance the contribution of solar energy to the national grid.
Trina Solar, renowned worldwide for its innovative PV and energy storage solutions, has committed to supplying 200 MW of Vertex N modules across various applications through collaborations with Mesol, Diwan International, and Zi Solar. These state-of-the-art modules, featuring larger 210mm solar cells and n-type i-TOPCon cell technology, are expected to facilitate Pakistan’s shift towards renewable energy sources.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
