Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Initiates Eid Gift Distribution for Special Needs Children Across Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has initiated a province-wide campaign to distribute Eid gifts to children with special needs. The initiative aims to reach 40,000 students enrolled in government institutions for special education. This gesture is designed to bring joy to these children as they prepare to celebrate Eid.

The campaign was officially launched at the Government Degree College of Special Education in Johar Town, Lahore. Special Assistant Sania Aashiq, representing the chief minister, visited several institutions, personally distributing gifts to students. She also delivered a message of care and encouragement from Maryam Nawaz, expressing the government’s commitment to the welfare of special children.

Gifts were distributed at various special education centers, including the Government Shadab Institute and the Government Degree College for Special Education in Nishtar Town. Students expressed their happiness and gratitude as they received the Eid gifts and cards.

In addition to the gift distribution, Sania Aashiq also planted a sapling at one of the institutions, symbolizing hope and growth for the future. Maryam Nawaz stated that this initiative is a great honor and that more innovative projects will soon be launched to enhance educational and welfare services for children with special needs.
