With just one day left until the polls, the initial step involves obtaining essential information required for casting votes. The ECP, in collaboration with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), has introduced an SMS service to assist the public in checking their registration status.
To access the necessary details, Pakistani citizens can send an SMS to 8300, including their ID card number. The automated response will provide information such as the name of the electoral area, block code, and serial number. Once this information is received, individuals can note it down on paper, and their Voter Slip for the 2024 election is ready.
