ChatGPT Go Offers Affordable GPT 5 Access For Users In Pakistan

OpenAI has expanded its popular ChatGPT subscription plan, called ChatGPT Go, to 16 more Asian countries, including Pakistan. The move aims to provide affordable access to GPT-5 and other premium features to a wider audience.

The announcement was made by ChatGPT chief Nick Torley on the social media platform X. He explained that users across Asia had repeatedly requested a lower-cost option to access advanced AI tools. In response, OpenAI launched the ChatGPT Go plan to make powerful AI capabilities available to more people.

The new plan is now available in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, the Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, East Timor, Vietnam, and Pakistan.

OpenAI had earlier introduced ChatGPT Go in India and Indonesia, where it received positive feedback for its affordability and features.

According to OpenAI, ChatGPT Go gives users access to GPT-5, along with all the essential tools of the free version. It also offers expanded image generation, file uploads, and advanced data analysis features. The plan includes higher usage limits, making it ideal for users who want more flexibility and performance.

In Pakistan, the monthly price for the ChatGPT Go plan is set at Rs. 1,400. In comparison, the ChatGPT Plus plan costs Rs. 5,700 per month, while ChatGPT Pro is priced at Rs. 49,900. The Business Plan is available for Rs. 8,499 per month.
