CDA Labels Hundreds of Buildings Illegal in Islamabad

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The CDA Department of Building Control, South, has officially categorized 597 constructions and building projects within the federal capital as unauthorized and in violation of building control regulations. In light of this, the Director of Enforcement has been formally notified to take appropriate measures as outlined in a letter.

These structures were identified through the process of geo-tagging. The federal government has directed pertinent authorities to communicate the unlawfulness of these buildings to the public and to upload their details on platforms such as Google Earth, Google Maps, and the ICTK website.

Siraj Plaza

Sanobar Hills

Imran Plaza

Centwin Hills

Chaman Zar Hills

Waqar Plaza

Janjua Plaza

Deen Palace Marquee

VIP Apartments

Bismillah Super Store

Shafiq Plaza

Hameed Plaza

Naseem Marquee One and Two

Malik Plaza

Creative Mind College

Aftab School

Muslim School

Furthermore, an array of structures in localities like Pind Bhagwal, Lehtarar Road, Tamir, and Chattha Bakhtawar have also been officially identified as unauthorized.
