Bengaluru Pet Lover Buys One of World’s Most Expensive Dogs

In an extraordinary display of affection for rare breeds, Bengaluru-based pet enthusiast S Sathish has made waves by acquiring one of the world’s priciest dogs, Cadaboms Okami, for a whopping Rs. 50 crore.

Okami, an 8-month-old wolfdog, is a unique crossbreed between a wild wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd. Born in the USA, this rare animal arrived in India in February 2025 and already weighs 75 kg, bearing a striking resemblance to a real wolf. Since his arrival, Okami has become a sensation, appearing at events and film shows, with Sathish earning up to Rs. 10 lakh for longer shows.
