Bahrain National Guard Commander Meets Pakistan Army Chief to Enhance Military Relations

During the meeting, Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS) emphasized the importance of enhancing military ties between the two countries, highlighting the traditionally strong defense, diplomatic, and economic relations between Pakistan and Bahrain. Gen Asim Munir underscored Islamabad’s commitment to collaboration in addressing shared security challenges and promoting peace and stability in the region.

The discussions also covered regional security dynamics, counter-terrorism efforts, and training exchanges between the two nations. The COAS praised Bahrain’s commitment to deepening cooperation with Pakistan in defense and security domains.

In turn, General Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa bin Salman AI-Khalifa hailed Pakistan Army’s efforts in combating terrorism and extremism, acknowledging the professionalism and dedication of the Pakistani armed forces.
