The announcement of Babar Azam’s Sitara-e-Imtiaz award was made earlier by the Government of Pakistan, and it is now confirmed that he will receive the award on March 23, 2023, in conjunction with Pakistan Day celebrations. Babar Azam will be able to receive his award on March 23rd because he will not be participating in the series against Afghanistan beginning on March 24th.
