Popular Pakistani singer Asim Azhar has created a buzz online after announcing his first-ever solo album titled ASIM ALI. The announcement, made on October 29 through his Instagram account, also sparked speculation of a possible reunion with actress Hania Aamir.
The Jo Tu Na Mila singer returned to Instagram after deleting all his previous posts, sharing a cinematic teaser for his upcoming album. The video opened with a heartfelt interview of his mother, veteran actress Gule Rana, who spoke about her son’s journey. It then transitioned into glimpses from Asim Azhar’s personal and professional life, while revealing the titles of ten songs included in the album.
In the caption, Asim Azhar wrote, “On my 29th birthday, I want to introduce you to someone special. Ab tak Asim Azhar ko jaante the, ab Asim Ali se milne ki baari hai (Until now, you knew Asim Azhar; now it’s time to meet Asim Ali). My truest and most authentic form.”
The album, which will be released on November 24, 2025, marks his debut as an independent artist. Expressing gratitude to his fans, he added, “Thank you for all the pyar & duayen (love and blessings). Love you guys forever. – Asim Ali aka Asim Azhar.”
However, what truly caught fans’ attention was the fifth track, Lost and Found. The teaser featured a short clip from one of Asim’s past performances with Hania Aamir during a fashion show when the two were dating. The moment immediately fueled rumors of a possible rekindled romance.
While some fans called it a “soft launch” of their relationship, others reacted with surprise, pointing to Asim’s recent breakup with Merub Ali. Despite the speculation, the singer remains focused on his new project, which he describes as his most personal work yet.
