A major shift in the smartphone market is anticipated as Apple is reportedly preparing to introduce its first foldable iPhone X Fold. Priced around Rs350,000 in Pakistan and approximately $2,258 globally, the device is expected to debut soon.
The iPhone X Fold will feature foldable display technology, 12GB RAM, and storage variants of 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB. It will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supporting both wireless charging and 18W fast charging.
Its camera system will include a triple setup on the rear with 12MP wide, 12MP telephoto, and 12MP ultra-wide lenses, while the front will house a 12MP selfie camera alongside an SL 3D sensor. The device will also allow 4K video recording.
Designed with a glass front and back, stainless steel frame, and IP68 water-and-dust resistance, the phone promises durability. The display will incorporate Super Retina XDR OLED technology with Dolby Vision, HDR10, and a 120Hz refresh rate for enhanced visuals.
Additional features include the Apple A14 Bionic chip, Face ID, Dolby Atmos audio, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.0. It will reportedly launch in four colors: Space Grey, Silver, Gold, and Midnight Green.
