The dispute centers around Tazwin Sports allegedly using unauthorized photos of Kamran and Amir on their website’s promotional material. The photos were edited to show the cricketers holding Tazwin Sports’ bats, leading to the removal of another ACL sponsor’s name from the Pakistan team’s shirts.

Despite requests to remove the photos, Tazwin Sports claimed entitlement due to their sponsorship agreement with the ACL organizers. Kamran and Amir argue that the sponsorship agreement only required a payment and bats, which were not fulfilled.
They believe this unauthorized use of their images may harm their reputations and sponsorship opportunities. Consequently, they filed a court case, accusing Tazwin Sports of misleading or deceptive conduct under Australian consumer law. The first hearing is scheduled for Monday in the Federal Court.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
