The award is in recognition of the organization’s vital contributions to search, rescue, and aid operations following the devastating earthquake in Turkey on February 6th.
When a devastating earthquake struck Turkiye on February 6th, this year, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan stepped up, providing critical search, rescue, and aid operations.
The search and rescue team, comprised of 47 dedicated members and led by Ikramul Haq Subhani, worked tirelessly for 10 days in the aftermath of the earthquake. The ‘Pak 10’ team worked with international counterparts, using advanced equipment to locate survivors and recover victims from the rubble.

President Erdoan thanked the Alkhidmat Foundation and the Pakistani people for their unwavering support during this difficult time. In response to the president’s remarks, Subhani emphasised Pakistan and Turkey’s deep bond, a bond that drives both countries to assist one another in times of need.
Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, president of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, congratulated the organization’s volunteers on receiving the prestigious award, noting that the award of “Supreme Sacrifice of the Republic of Turkiye” represents a source of pride for the entire nation.
Aside from search and rescue efforts, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan provided critical relief supplies such as food, tents, blankets, clothing, hygiene kits, and tarpaulin.
