[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]In connection with the murder of 28-year-old model Abby Choi, whose legs were discovered in a refrigerator in a home on the outskirts of the city along with instruments used to dismember bodies, Hong Kong police announced on Sunday that they had detained three people.
Choi’s body was discovered by police on Friday, but they have not yet located her head, torso, or hands. At the site in the rural Tai Po neighbourhood of the financial centre, they also discovered a meat cutter and an electric saw.

Local tabloids have been riveted by the gruesome murder of local influencer Choi, who last week was featured on the digital cover of L’Officiel Monaco. Authorities are using drones and an abseiling team to look for the rest of her body.

According to the police, two men, age 31 and 65, have each been charged with one count of murder, and a woman, 63, has been charged with one count of perverting the course of justice. On Monday, they are scheduled to show up before a nearby court.
