The luxurious 4BHK apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Mont Blanc building in Bandra West, Mumbai. This stunning sea-facing duplex, complete with a terrace, is reportedly worth crores. However, Adah clarified that she does not own the property.
Adah Sharma Confirms She’s Renting SSR’s Apartment
On August 12, 2024, Adah attended an event hosted by Vikram Bhatt to announce his upcoming films. During the event, she was asked if she had bought SSR’s former flat or if she was living there as a tenant. Adah confirmed that she is renting the apartment and revealed that she lives there with her mother and grandmother, the latter of whom also helps pay the rent. She shared:

“I took that flat on rent. The Rs. 378 crores earned by The Kerala Story (2023) are not mine! Not just me, even my grandmother contributes to it. She argued that since she also resides there, she should also pay the rent. My mother doesn’t work, so she doesn’t contribute, but she cooks great food for us.”
Adah Sharma Explains the Lack of Furniture in Her Home
During the event, Vikram Bhatt humorously pointed out that Adah’s apartment lacks furniture because she doesn’t believe in it. Laughing, Adah explained that her previous home also had no furniture. When Vikram pressed for clarification, Adah elaborated:
“It means that I like space. I like dancing, and when I dance, I don’t want anything to get in the way. In Mumbai, we pay for space, and if I’m staying in such a beautiful house, I’d like to move around freely! That’s why there’s no furniture in my house.”
Adah Sharma’s Move to Sushant Singh Rajput’s Apartment
For those unaware, Sushant Singh Rajput tragically passed away on June 14, 2020. Since then, his Mont Blanc apartment remained vacant until Adah was seen outside the late actor’s residence in 2023. In a previous interview with Siddharth Kanan, Adah addressed rumors regarding her potential purchase of the property, stating:
“For now, I would just like to say that I live in everyone’s hearts. There is a right time to speak. When I went to see the place, I was overwhelmed by the media attention. I am a private person. I love being in the public eye for my movies, but I have always valued my privacy.”
