Jamil was kidnapped on August 10 near Shah Latif University in Khairpur, with the captors initially demanding Rs20 million. In the video, Jamil is seen being shot in the leg, and in a separate clip, he pleads for his life, stating that if the ransom is not paid, he will be killed. The footage concludes with a gunshot and Jamil collapsing.

Authorities have confirmed that they are actively working to secure Jamil’s release and are hopeful for a resolution. The release of these videos has sparked protests from the Rind community, demanding urgent action from the authorities to ensure Jamil’s safe return and bring the perpetrators to justice.
