The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has intensified its operations against drug trafficking, successfully seizing 204 kg of drugs in seven separate operations and arresting six individuals involved.

- At Bacha Khan International Airport in Peshawar, ANF personnel intercepted a passenger bound for Bahrain and confiscated 980 grams of ice.
- On the M1 Motorway in Islamabad, the ANF conducted three operations resulting in the recovery of 3 kg of opium and 5.3 kg of ice, leading to the arrest of three suspects.
- In Karachi, 2.8 kg of heroin was found concealed in a book parcel at a courier office, which was intended for shipment to London.
- In Lahore, 72 kg of hashish was seized from a vehicle near the Ravi Toll Plaza, with the suspect being taken into custody.
The ANF has registered cases against the apprehended individuals under the Anti-Narcotics Act and has initiated further investigations.
