Even the fittest people struggle to sustain the abdominal plank position for more than a few minutes, making it one of the most demanding exercises.

In an interview, Josef said openly, “Five years ago, I was 15 kilogrammes overweight and indulging in unhealthy habits like alcohol and cigarettes.”

“I want to show the world that it is never too late, regardless of your age, to make significant changes and experience a greater sense of happiness and vitality,” he emphasised.

Josef, who comes from a diverse background, took on this incredible task to demonstrate his personal development and to inspire others to embrace good change.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
