Govt Ready for Dialogue with PTI, Says PM Shehbaz

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced on Tuesday that the government is ready to hold dialogue with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to resolve political differences and restore stability in the country.

Speaking to the media, PM Shehbaz said the government believes in peaceful and democratic means to address political disputes. He emphasized that dialogue is the most effective way to ensure national interest and public welfare.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the government has repeatedly extended invitations to PTI leaders for talks and is committed to maintaining an inclusive political environment. He added that negotiations could help bridge gaps and prevent further political polarization.

PM Shehbaz urged all parties, including PTI, to come forward with a constructive approach and focus on national priorities rather than conflicts. He stressed that Pakistan’s stability and economic progress must remain the top priority for all political actors.

Officials said the government is ready to discuss all pending issues, including political grievances and governance concerns, provided talks are conducted in a transparent and responsible manner.

Political analysts noted that the announcement signals the government’s willingness to reduce tensions ahead of upcoming political events, while also demonstrating a commitment to democratic norms and dialogue-based conflict resolution.

The Prime Minister reiterated that the door for PTI remains open and hopes that party leaders will take advantage of the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions for the country’s benefit.
