Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has issued a power suspension plan for several areas on 26 November 2025. The outages are part of ongoing maintenance and development work across the city and nearby districts.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, the temporary power cuts will affect multiple circles from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Key areas in Islamabad, including CDA Office, ADBP, Wapda Colony, Shams, F-7, Koral, Melody, Islamabad Club, F-8 Markaz, G-9/1, H-8, New I-11, G-11/3, F-11/4, Bhara Kahu, Pindi Point, Beirut, TDCP, PAF, Shahdara, Park View, and Golf City feeders, will experience outages.
Commercial and residential zones such as B Block, Shamsabad, Shaheed Mohammad Deen, Fazaia, KRL, Tariq Shaheed, Liaquat Bagh, Gulshanabad, Sarafa Bazar, Jinnah Road, Alamabad, and Tench Bhatta will also face power interruptions.
In Rawalpindi Circle, areas including Hyder Road, King Road, Hospital Road, Tipu Road, Model Town, Murree Brewery, Lalkurti, Rose Line, Chakri, Sahala College, Hanif Shaheed, Kallor City, Panjar, Mandra, Industrial Zone, and Old and New Rawat will have electricity suspended during the same period.
Other districts, including Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum Circles, will experience similar outages from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Feeders in Ghazi Kohli, Dhirak, Rashid Minhas, Attock Cantt, Kariala, Kot Chaudharyan, Jamalwal, Seelah, and nearby areas will be affected.
In the GSO Circle, power will remain suspended from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Aziz Chowk, H-8, Tarlai, F-7, Wapda Colony, Aabpara, CDA, Ahmadal, Dharnal, Khor, Mahfouz Shaheed, Kamrial, and Cantt Seela feeders. Singhui, Nowgran, and Chautala feeders will face a shorter outage from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

IESCO apologized for the inconvenience and assured that electricity may be restored earlier if maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule. Residents and businesses are advised to make necessary arrangements during the scheduled outages.
