[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Pakistani cricketers Shadab Khan and Iftikhar Ahmad have been granted Golden Visas to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shadab Khan, Pakistan’s T20I vice-captain for the last two years, was appointed captain to lead a young side in the recently concluded T20I series against Afghanistan. Despite losing the first two matches, Pakistan came back to win the third with an all-around performance in which Shadab played a key role, earning the Player of the Match award.

In addition, Shadab Khan became the first Pakistani bowler to take 100 wickets in Men’s T20Is, accomplishing the feat in the same game. Iftikhar Ahmed, on the other hand, helped Pakistan reach a respectable total with his bat.

Recognizing their importance in the world of cricket, the UAE government bestowed the prestigious Golden Visa on Shadab Khan and Iftikhar Ahmad. Both players have thanked the UAE authorities and consider the country to be their second home.
