Systems Limited (SYS) has reported a strong profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 7.94 billion for the first nine months of 2025. This marks a 46% increase compared with the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs. 5.42 from Rs. 3.71. The company’s growth was driven by higher technology services exports and improved gross margins. Net sales for 9MCY25 reached Rs. 57.4 billion, up 19% year-on-year, with third-quarter sales alone rising 20% to Rs. 20.68 billion.
Looking ahead, Systems Limited is targeting accelerated growth in Europe and the United States. The company plans to establish a direct operational presence in the UK through a new subsidiary. Management is also evaluating acquisitions to quickly enter these mature markets and strengthen its position among enterprise clients.
In addition, Systems Limited is preparing a strategic partnership with British American Tobacco (BAT), which is expected to expand its global shared services footprint. Analysts say this move will enhance the company’s presence in Europe and support its broader global expansion strategy.
The company continues to focus on large-scale transformation deals and exploring further strategic partnerships. In the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, Systems Limited maintains robust growth and strengthens relationships with enterprise clients. The Asia-Pacific (APAC) region has also shown progress, driven by AI-led initiatives and increased digital adoption.
Domestically, Systems Limited’s Pakistan operations reported a positive operating profit for the first time. Strong performance in banking and telecom, coupled with operational efficiency, has placed the segment on a sustainable growth path.
The company’s “AI-First” vision embeds artificial intelligence into its core operations. Platforms like Systems GenAI Studio enable enterprises to quickly develop and scale generative AI solutions. Its AI.NOW program focuses on workforce enablement and AI-driven ERP and CRM solutions.
