How to Download MDCAT 2025 Roll Number Slip:
- Visit the official website of your provincial testing authority, such as UHS or KMU.
- Locate the link titled “MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip” or “Admit Card.”
- Enter your Registration Number, CNIC, B-Form, or Username.
- Click Download to save the PDF version of the slip.
- Print the slip on plain A4 white paper and double-check all details.
- It is recommended to print two copies in case of emergencies.
Candidates who fail to present a printed slip along with an original CNIC or B-Form will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Exam Day Guidelines:
- Arrive at the test center at least one hour before the reporting time.
- Bring only the printed roll number slip and original CNIC or B-Form.
- Items such as calculators, bags, notes, mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
- Only blue or black ballpoint pens are allowed for the exam.
- Follow the seating plan mentioned on the slip.
- Any form of misconduct may result in paper cancellation.
