TikTok has published its Community Guidelines Enforcement Report for the second quarter of 2025, highlighting its continued efforts to maintain a safe and responsible online space. Covering the period from April to June 2025, the report details measures taken to detect and remove content violating platform policies.
In Pakistan, TikTok removed over 25.4 million videos for guideline violations, achieving a 99.7% proactive removal rate, with 96.2% of the content deleted within 24 hours of being uploaded.
Globally, the platform took down 189 million videos—about 0.7% of total uploads—most of which (163.9 million) were detected automatically. Around 7.4 million videos were later reinstated after review. TikTok also deleted 76.9 million fake accounts and 25.9 million underage accounts.
Most removed content included adult material (30.6%), safety violations (14%), and misinformation (45%). The report reaffirms TikTok’s transparency and global commitment to enforcing digital safety standards.
