Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) President and Federal Minister for Communications, Aleem Khan, on Monday urged PML-N and PPP leaders to focus on governance instead of political statements. He emphasized that citizens want practical solutions rather than political debates.
Aleem Khan highlighted that both Punjab and Sindh have elected chief ministers. He said the provincial governments should concentrate on development in their respective regions. According to him, political arguments and blame games do not benefit ordinary citizens.
“People are tired of rhetoric. They want solutions to their basic problems,” Aleem Khan said. He expressed hope that political leaders would end unnecessary statements and work for public welfare.
The IPP president also stressed that both major parties should prioritize service delivery. He urged the PPP to continue cooperating with the federal government to ensure stability and progress. Aleem Khan pointed out that national stability and democratic continuity are critical at this stage.
He further said mutual understanding between political parties is essential to solve national issues. “Blaming each other does not serve democracy or the people,” he added, highlighting the need for political maturity.
Aleem Khan emphasized that responsible behavior from all parties is necessary to maintain peace and progress in Punjab and Sindh. He said cooperation among provincial and federal governments is crucial for the welfare of citizens.
Concluding his message, Aleem Khan reiterated that the IPP’s priority remains governance, unity, and continuity of democracy. He said these elements form the foundation for long-term national development and stability.
The statement from Aleem Khan comes amid ongoing political debates, reflecting growing public demand for effective governance and service delivery. Citizens and analysts alike are watching closely to see if political leaders heed his advice.
