Most regions are expected to remain hot and dry, but rain with gusty winds and thunderstorms is likely in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir, with partly cloudy skies prevailing. In Islamabad, light showers may occur, while Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Talagang, Murree, and Galliyat are also expected to receive rainfall.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, showers are forecast in Peshawar, Kohat, Charsadda, Dir, Chitral, Swat, Malakand, Bajaur, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Buner, Mohmand, Nowshera, Mardan, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Karak, and Waziristan.

Along Sindh and Balochistan’s coastal belt, partly cloudy weather is predicted. Gilgit-Baltistan may see scattered rain with thunder, while Azad Kashmir could experience showers with gusty winds and lightning at isolated locations.

The PMD further noted that flood-affected areas of Sindh and Punjab will remain predominantly hot and dry throughout the week.
