The federal government has announced a new opportunity for individuals who missed the initial Hajj 2026 registration deadline to submit their applications.

Originally, the application period closed on July 11, with only 450,000 people registered—well below Pakistan’s allocated quota of 1.2 million pilgrims. To fill this gap, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched an additional phase, allowing both previously registered and new applicants to apply.

Updated Hajj 2026 Application Timeline

For Previously Registered Individuals:
Those who registered before July 11 can now apply between August 4 and August 9, 2025.

For New Applicants:
Those who did not register earlier can submit applications from August 11 to August 16, 2025.

All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of prior registration status. The ministry has advised prospective pilgrims to apply early within the specified windows.

Detailed guidelines will soon be available on the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ official website.
