The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, has opened internship opportunities for recent graduates and postgraduates seeking to gain valuable industry experience and enhance their employability.

Key Details of the Internship Program

• Location: Islamabad
• Internship Duration: Initially 2 years (extendable based on performance and program goals)
• Gender: Open to both male and female applicants
• Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of the application deadline

Available Disciplines and Skills Required

1. Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science
   • Skills: MERN Stack, Python development, system architecture, Figma, Canva, etc.
2. Finance and Audit
   • Skills: Budgeting, audit planning, risk assessment, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
3. Marketing and Research
   • Skills: Content development, data analysis, Adobe Suite, event planning, and social media tools.
4. Human Resource Management (HRM)
   • Skills: Recruitment, performance management, training, and labor laws.

Eligibility Criteria & Monthly Stipend

• Graduate (14 years of education): Rs. 50,000/month
• Postgraduate (16 years of education): Rs. 60,000/month
• Postgraduate with Specialization (18 years of education): Rs. 70,000/month
• Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% marks
  • Degree completion within the last two years

General Terms and Conditions

• Internship Commitment: Full-time
• Laptop & Transportation: Interns must arrange their own laptops and transportation
• Documents: Original documents must be presented during the interview
• Interview/Exam: No TA/DA will be provided for interviews or written tests
• Misleading Information: Can result in cancellation of the internship
