A section of a bridge near Kakkar City in Dadu has collapsed, trapping a truck and halting the flow of heavy vehicles, including those carrying essential materials for the ongoing Gaj Dam construction.
The incident marks the second collapse of this bridge, with the first part having fallen during the 2022 floods. Despite repeated warnings from local residents, no permanent repairs had been carried out, sparking renewed criticism of the district administration.
