Irfan Mehsud Sets New Guinness World Record in Pakistan

Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud has achieved another major milestone. He has secured a new Guinness World Record in a strength and fitness category.

Mehsud completed 38 full-extension one-hand punches in one minute. He performed the challenge while holding a 10-kilogram weight.

The achievement surpassed the official target set by Guinness World Records. The required mark for the challenge was 30 punches in one minute.

According to his official certificate, Mehsud completed the feat in Dera Ismail Khan on March 19, 2026.

The latest achievement adds another record to Mehsud’s growing collection. He has now established around 70 Guinness World Record achievements across different strength and fitness categories.

Mehsud’s Growing List of Records

Irfan Mehsud has achieved records in several demanding physical activities. His performances include push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks.
